MAGPIX, Inc. Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from
magpix.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may
return the item within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund, less shipping and
handling.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Please email our
Returns Center to obtain an RMA code at orders@magpix.com. You will receive your
RMA code, return instructions and the address to which you will send the package. The
RMA code must be written on the original invoice found inside your original order
package. magpix.com will refuse delivery of any returned item without an RMA code or
original magpix.com invoice.
Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties. All products
must be returned in like-new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and
accessories to ensure full credit.
On the outside of the package you are returning, print the return-shipping address and
the RMA code supplied to you; do not include any other markings or text on the package.
Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers
package tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel
Service (UPS), or Federal Express. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We
cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase once
we receive your returned product.
SD Memory Cards:
All damaged or defective MultiMedia / SD memory card purchases may be returned within
30 days of date of shipment for exchange only (no refunds).
Free Or Discounted Promotional Items:
If the item you are returning was accompanied by a free or discounted promotional item at
the time of purchase, you must also return the free or discounted promotional item.
Failure to do so will result in the deduction of the full retail value of the missing item from
any credit issued, as well as a restocking fee of 25% on the total order.
